On-chain liquidity,
executed as a playbook.

Orca deploys, manages, and exits concentrated-liquidity positions through fixed staged playbooks — deploy, harvest, defend, exit. There is no model in the live path. Strategy is formed offline, proven in simulation, and shipped as code.

The playbook

Every position runs the same stages.

Each stage pairs a deterministic trigger with an on-chain action. Same trigger, same action, every time — no discretion, no drift.

  1. 01

    Deploy

Staged entry with full pool enrichment. Entry conditions are fixed per playstyle — the engine takes every qualifying setup, nothing else.

  2. 02

    Harvest

Fee collection while the position is in range. The engine watches the position work; it doesn’t fidget.

  3. 03

    Defend

Mid-life rebalancing on deterministic triggers — withdraw, redeploy, keep the position inside the range that earns.

  4. 04

    Exit

Take-profit and stop-loss levels are set at deploy. The exit ladder runs itself; there is nothing to second-guess.

The research loop

Nothing reaches the live path without evidence.

Models do research. They never touch live decisions. A strategy only becomes a playbook stage after it survives the loop.

  1. Simulate

The playground replays real tick data through candidate playbooks — thousands of pool-hours per idea.

  2. Analyze

Tick corpus and sim output, studied offline. What worked, what broke, and exactly why.

  3. Harden

Surviving strategies are rewritten as deterministic stages — fixed triggers, fixed actions.

  4. Verify

1,321+ tests. Then, and only then, the live path.

Principles

Boring on purpose.

Deterministic execution

The playbook is the strategy. No improvisation at 3 a.m.

No model in the live path

LLMs analyze and propose offline. Live decisions are code.

Evidence before capital

Simulations and backtests first — always, without exception.

Sims first

If it can’t survive the playground, it doesn’t ship.

Status

Orca v1.2 — in active development.

The engine, the playground, and the research loop are being built in the open by a solo builder.
